On the way home Estee was looking at the two houses on the street that are also being built. "It's no fair, we had a headstart!" (The houses are further along than ours but started much later than ours). Maya explained to her that it was because we are doing most of the work, building our own house. Estee said "I just wish extreme makeover would finish our house!" She made me laugh....
