New spectator sport: Driveway Pour Watching.
The other day when they were working on the back porch pour Estee said "This is fun" to which Salvador replied "Yep, you're watching!" We got to watch a lot of cement go down this morning. Exciting!
Yesterday they poured the side porch. Big piece of cement! It will be a cute little porch. This will be our family's main entrance into the house. They are going to pour the stairs this afternoon.
One of the more curious things we have discovered with our foam house is a bee invasion. There are little passive bees (Brent thinks that they are orchard bees) that dig holes into the styrofoam and pack it full of leaves. It's totally bizarre. The kidlettes love to find the holes and pull out the leaves. Weird stuff.
