Brent bought a "plantcam" that will take pictures every ten minutes. Later we will turn all of the pictures into a movie. We haven't found the perfect, ideal spot for the cam but this will at least gives you a snap shot. My favorite thing about this picture is that it shows our view of Timp. We should always have an unobstructed view of that wonderful mountain. Mark Whiting was super to work with and got the job done quickly.
The day before the excavation our surveyor friend, Kurt Casey, discovered that the house didn't fit on the lot. Our architect, Ed, turned the house 9 degrees and the excavation was back on. A couple of days later the footings were poured (while it was raining).

Houston, we have a hole!
May 2009: Lot purchased and we LOVE the location!
December 2009: Sold home and moved into rental.
December 2009-August 2011: Design, design, design. Third design is finally our house!
